Who is Built-Write?
Built-Write is a Florida Corporation established in 1991. An "S" Corporation owned and operated by John E. Schroeder. With over 35 years in the construction industry, and I attended certification classes for International Property Maintenance Inspector, One and Two Family Dwelling Inspector, and Residential Housing Inspector, 2001 Florida Building Code, 2003 & 2006 International Residential Code.
I also have previous working experience at the City of Holly Hill as a Property Maintenance Inspector in the building department. While employed by them, I wrote an inspection procedure, established minimum standards to comply with their ordinance, and conducted over 400 inspections of existing residential properties in the City of Holly Hill.
Doing business as Built-Write Certified Inspection Service since 2001, I performed over 1500 comprehensive home inspections.
